Hi Expert,
I encounter the error %ROUTING-OSPFv3-3-DUP_RTRID for ospfv3 but both ospf and ospfv3 went down and auto brought up after 30 seconds. This is my 1st time found. No any OSPF configure changed during that time. I use CRS1, XR 4.0.1. I'm unsure the problem related to bug CSCtq55280. Please advised and recommend me. Thank you.

HI there,
I'm sorry to say that but with this informaiton is not possible to confirm was it caused by CSCtq55280 or not.
I would recommend you to capture
-sh instal ac sum
-sh platform
-sh log
-sh run router ospf
-sh run router ospfv3
-sh ospf v3 trace all
-sh ospf trace all
and open a TAC case
With this information at least the initial analysis could be done and may be the engineer will ask you for more outputs.

Hi Vadim,
Thank you for information. The problem time during 17:53:39 til 17:54:05. From both OSPFv3 and OSPF trace file, do you found any clue?
03-16-2012 04:16 AM
Hi Rojer,
from OSPFv3 trace we have
3921 Mar 15 17:53:33.434 ospfv3_rib_batch_ipv6_delete: Delete route prefix 2403:6200::fffc/128 for interface PO0/5/4/2(0x1580580)
If you can provide a show log it may be very helpful
I'm expecting to see something happend with the POS 0/5/4/2 around this time.

Hi Rojer,
IN the log we have

with the command 'sh ipv6 int pos 0/5/4/2"
You may check what is link-local address on the POS 0/5/4/2 because the issue semes to be related to
CSCtq55280.

Hi Vadim,
I'm wondering why did Router-ID duplicated on ipv6 but effect to ipv4 (differenet address-family)?
03-22-2012 08:15 AM
Hi Roger,
that was the reason I recommended to open a TAC SR.
The investigation may take some time and effort to identify why two different AF were affected.
