Hi Tahir,

"sh install log 19 detail" may help understand what went wrong.

If you could provide "show install act sum" and a full "dir disk0:" may help too.

Cheers,

N.

thanks Nicolas,

I will send you by tomorrow..:)

Hi Tahir,

I face the same issue. Were you able to sort this out? My show install log is as below.

We would need to look into the "admin show tech-support install" to figure out what happened exactly. Have you tried to verify and repair the active installation before proceeding? What packages are active on the router?

/Aleksandar

In addition to what Aleks said:

These error messages typically indicate disk or file corruption.

Use the following to check.

Disk related problems check the following commands:

fsck disk0:
run
diskinfo -f -d /disk0: -s
chkfsys -uV /disk0:

File corruption:

Perform the install verify as indicated by Aleks.

Thanks,

Sam

looks like system disk/harddisk issue....

run below mentioned cmd and check if some partitions error fixed:

fsck harddisk: loc 0/rsp0/cpu0
fsck harddisk: loc 0/rsp1/cpu0
Fsck disk0: loc 0/rsp0/cpu0
Fsck disk0: loc 0/rsp1/cpu0

then restart process- 1) #admin process restart instdir 2) #admin process restart insthelper

if not fix then copy in disk0: thn after try again. last option is rsp switchover.

Please check below output.
