problem install telnet pakage NSC540 12Z20G

  • Hello we have a problem to install a telnet package in NSC540 Cisco . we have a version

  • Cisco IOS XR Software, Version 7.3.2 LNT and
  •  
  • we have a error message log when i put this command : install source /harddisk:/files xr-telnet-n540-12z20g-7.3.2v1.0.0-1.x86_64.rpm so the error message is :

Hi,

 

the install procedure is different in XR7

 

you must create a local repository

check "show install available" once done

then activate the optional packages such as telnet

the error you are receiving refers to 7.0.1 package not 732

can you check the package name?
