Hello Team,I have shared the OID details below with the customer for both the NCS and ASR9k platforms to retrieve the device serial number (chassis).
However, despite attempting to use these OIDs, the customer is still unable to retrieve the serial number (chassis).
Please inform me if there are any other OID details available to retrieve the chassis serial number for both NCS and ASR9k platforms.
