sampled Netflow for accounting & billing

Hello everyone
I need to get usage data for accounting an billing on some router sub-interfaces.when I set random sampling to 1:1, I have accurate results but cpu load on linecard goes high about 50%.when I set to 1:100 cpu load decrease but my results on collector are not accurate .I am using nfdump on linux as a collector and then nfdump sends results to mysql.

My BIG BIG question is that which sotfware or method I have to use to scale my results to be accurate.

are results by 1:100 sampling accurate enough for accounting and billing ?

Finally, what is the best solution to receive client usage on ASR9k ?

i used ELK for netflow collection and dashboard work charm.

I have used long back one of the Opensource tools for testing, it was expected results, but customer purchased commericial product for better support.
