I Have IOS-XR . I have total 6 BGP peers on the same box among those couple of BGP peers are belongs to global routing table(address-family IPv4 unicast) and VRF address-family .I would like to clear my doubt that is

all BGP peers are having same SNMP OID or separate for each BGP peers or a unique for all global and a unique for all VRF ?

This OID

BGP Peers: .1.3.6.1.2.1.15.3.1.1

you can see BGP identifiers  / Local address and remote address.

#you can also refer BGP cisco reference - need CCO id to view

For VRFs you need to configure SNMP contexts. Here is a good blog post about it.
