Remote Expert Mobile 10.6. REAS server Redundancy not working

HI,

When we stop REAS service of master server calls are not going via slave REAS, we are able to see master and slave server in REAS management page https://REAS server IP:9990.

when we access the slave server web portal we are not able to see configuration in server.

Is there any way which confirmed that configuration syn happening between master and slave?

Issue Reference Description

CSCut95043 If the Master REAS node is down then the Finesse Server may not be able to load the Expert Assist Agent Console. In this case the agent will find that the gadget does not load and they will be unable to access Expert Assist functionality.

Hi Rob,

I am not even able to make a call from Slave REAS server, when I took REAS admin page access not seen any configuration.

have not checked Gadget is getting loaded or not, will check this also.

Hi Rob,

We got update from Cisco account team, master and slave to get sync we need to enabled multicast on network, we have master and slave in different network, now it is pending from client side with two options 1. enable multicast 2.move slave in same network of master.

Regarding gadget we are able to render gadgets from both master and slave server(note: we did manual configuration on slave as configuration is not getting sync.)
