JTAPI events for Jabber login/logout events for Cisco Jabber for Windows - Softphone

Hi,

Our Cisco Jabber for Windows - Softphone versions are 9.2.3 and CUCM version is 9.1.

What kind of event will be received by JTAPI application for login and logout from Cisco Jabber client? Will it be same as extension mobility login/logout events? I don't see any specific para. for jabber client in Cisco JTAPI Developer guide.

Let me know if it is different from EM login/logout case.

If you are doing EM login and logout on Jabber, application should receive the same events you see when user EM login/logout on a IP Phone.

For SEP device I am getting cause=1(for EM Login) and cause=2(for EM Logout) but for Jabber for Windows I an getting cause=0.

Is there any other parameter where I can get the actual cause for TermCreatedEv for Jabber for windows?
