- Community Ranks: Hall of Fame and VIP ranks have been simplified
- Ask the Experts: Launched Ask the Experts webinars in Portuguese and Korean communities
- Collaboration Hardware: Launched new private forum for Collaboration Hardware as a Service subscription customers
- Success Tracks: Simplified the UI for Success Track forums, enabling faster deployment of new use case forums
- CX Cloud Idea Exchange: On-Demand Data Export, simplifying processing for product managers
- Community Health: As part of overall community clean-up, removed the ‘Recognize Your Peers’ spotlight award nomination component community-wide
- Community Awards: Updated Spotlight Award Date Field to reflect quarterly award distribution cadence
- Cisco User Groups: Updated Cisco User Groups title and button
- Collaboration Track: Updated the Collaboration Track Header Image to provide descriptive images and text for community users
- Social Media: Updated Twitter icon to X community-wide
