October was a wonderful month, with lots of activities and fun. We want to introduce you to all the new winners of this month's Spotlight Award, who put a lot of effort to achieve this goal or won a nomination.

Like every month, we are still looking for more collaborators for documents, blogs, or videos. Still not inspired? Find a good question, and if you know how to answer it, write a document, and publish a post. Everything you need is already there!

We are already in November, and this month we will join forces to help the world community. Are you ready to enhance your abilities and support other people? Like every year, Cisco Community will offer you the opportunity to help other people around the world with your activities. Stay tuned to learn more about Community Helping Community!

The Cisco Community recognizes members who share knowledge and advice. The Spotlight Award badges will be permanently displayed on the winners' profiles, an icon will appear next to their names for 30 days, and we will send them a Spotlight Award trophy.
