Hi, Proximity has not been working for me for some time now on my Carbon X1 laptop. When I tried to connect to Proximity, I got the error - "Microphone recording rate (16000) unsupported", and when I clicked "Learn More", it took me to a Proximity Help page (https://proximity.cisco.com/help/index.html?platform=win&fn=Initialize&code=E_ACCESSDENIED) that gave the below information. How do I get Proximity enabled on my Windows 10 laptop?
