All Jabber clients cannot change their status.

We had a complete power outage over the weekend. The first issue we had was chat rooms and group chat were not usable after the reboot.  I restarted the xcp router issue and other related xcp feature services and that fixed the chat rooms / group chat.   Now none of my jabber clients can change their status and it doesn't change when they are on a call to "on a call"  

Any ideas?

Just curious, was it working before power outage ?

If you are hitting this issue, then probably need to fix by upgrading to 11.9(0.54450)

Inconsistent Presence status when the user is not added in the contact list

Description

Symptom:
Issue is seen only when user B is not in the contact list of other user A

Conditions:
Jabber A calls B. B is not part of A contact list.
User A presence status changes to 'On a call' but when A search B, B still shows 'Available'

Workaround:
1) Clearing the Jabber cache fixes some of the problems for a limited time.
2) Add each other to contact lists.

Yes it was working before the power outage. It actually was working after the power outage but stopped work after I restarted the xcp router service and restarted the other xcp service.

A 2nd restart on the CMIP fixed the issue.  Thanks for your help as always Rash!
