cisco 8865 with enhanced line mode

Hi team,
we have a question about the 8865 with enhanced line mode , if we configure one of those 10 button as "All call" to check the recent calls , we noticed that the button not active , nothing happen when we press on it , so it seem enhanced line mode not support all features , please advise
8865 with CUCM 11.0

Have you looked over the Features Available in Enhanced Line mode in the 8800 Admin guide, found here:

You are right that Enhanced Mode supports less features than session line mode.

so all call / Recent call not supported?

It does not look to be. I usually point to the UP key on the green ring for users to reach their All / Missed call list.
