Cisco Jabber for Android issues

Hi, we have an issue with latest public Jabber for Android version, with CUCM 11.5 latest patch.

 

When phones are actively used - everything seems to be good, but when phones goes to suspend for a longer time (e.g for Half an hour) - the first trying to reach the phone will fail. The caller hear ringing tone, but the called phone is silent, and shows nothing at display. When caller ended the call, the Jabber shows an unanswered call. The second call after this will be successful.

Sometimes we saw the following: just only one (1) ring, and after 5 minutes (!) it will be shown as ringing (??)
I have checked, the Callmanager sent the INVITE to Jabber realtime, without delay.

(All of related setting to protect jabber app, and to stayed foreground the app is set)

 

The interesting that this issue exist at different customer environments with different (and supported type) phones. The hardware is somewhere Huaweii P9, somewhere Samsung Galaxy phones with supported Android version.

We have opened a case, and checked the CUCM side - it is configured correctly.

is it jabber registered on-premises enterprise or jabber connected over MRA??

One of our  customer connected over MRA, but another customer use it only inside of company network with wifi . Both of them affected.

Yes, we have set all  parameters as suggested in this document, and from other materials (Cisco Live presentation) .
