Hi
We are using Jabber 12.9.5 and every time it gives "Configuration changes detected error"
When we get this pop up there will be 2 options either sign out or Cancel.
Then the user has to click on sign out and then open the Jabber application.
This will take the user to the Jabber.
I had done reset, reinstall, policy update.Cleared the Cache.
But still we are getting the error.
May I know the reason for this?
regards
Balachandar

There are many reasons for this, you should check the client log to see why this re-fires. Some feature changes prompt this, based on what it thinks the client’s keys are set to. The “sign out” button is a fast sign in by default which may not apply the config changes properly in some scenarios either.
Hit the log and see if you can narrow it to a bug or some scenario you can worth through if this prompt is continual.

We solved this issue by setting the Jabber parameter SSO_Enable = true and STARTUP_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED = true
