  • Select option "Reboot to upgraded partition" on GUI or "Switch to new version if the upgrade is successful" as "Yes" on CLI and proceed with the upgrade.

    Note

You should get all the details from the Cisco unity connection upgrade guide. Everything is detailed here including the upgrade path from older versions.

From 11.x to 14 is supported, but as @Nithin Eluvathingal go through the documents and please do ask If you have any specific query related to your upgrade?

Regards

Apart from the great advice given by @Nithin Eluvathingal and @Shalid Kurunnan Chalil I would recommend you to upgrade to version 15 instead of to 14 as it’s not all that long before it becomes EOL.
