CiscoJabber config generator web link disapper?

Hi all, 

I was using the www.ciscojabber.io to generate the jabber xml file

However, I cannot access this website recently. 

Is it closed permanently?

You can just manually create the file, or with CUCM 12.5 and Jabber 12.5 you don't even need that, just the parameter reference guide.
