Control who can IM who

Not sure if it is even possible, but we would like to restrict who can IM who, ie. Store A cannot IM Store B, but can IM our customer service department.  I have searched the documentation, but have found little.  We use a third party IM for now, but installing cisco company wide this feature whould be missed in Jabber.

hi , in the client you can block everyone but this won't block your contacts in your contacts list i.e. add the store you want to make  contact with.

This is done on a per client basis,not sure if a similar setting can be done at the cup server level.
