Hi Team,
I saw that Bug CSCvd03382 is with "Status:Terminated". I performed a new installation of Prime Collaboration Provisioning 12.6 and I got the same problem when try to add Unity Connection 12.5 . I tried to reset OS admin password on Unity but the same.
I saw another post with the same problem:
Is there any SLA for a fix?
Regards,
Moises Damasceno Moza

Reach out to TAC and reference the bug to confirm it's the exact same scenario.

and its not just the 11.6 version. We are installign 12.6 and i see 2 other people with the same problem. As of now this installation is at a halt. We really could use some phone support on this please.

This is not a TAC case, this is a thread in the support community, you need to open a TAC case to have this investigated if you're indeed running into that bug or not.
