CUCM-IMP 12.5SU1 cisco sync Agent stuck on starting

Hi all

cucm 12.5su1

cucm-imp 12.5su1

IMP Sync agent seems to be stuck on starting and than stopped in the PUBLISHER node

- i have restarted the server - didn't help

- i have reinstalled the server - didn't help

- found many different Bugs regarding this issue in other versions - but no on mine -tried them ALL - didn't help

Did anyone had this issue in this versions ?

My own summary of the workaround/solution:

SSH into the node with the stuck services and run this command:

set replication-sync monitor disable

Then run and wait for a loooong time for all services to show STARTED:

utils service restart Service Manager

Once all service show started (if this actually fixed your issue), then run this command:

set replication-sync monitor enable

To revert your change.

i have the same issue, after deleting IMP from CUCM and adding it again the sync agent is not able to run. what did you do ?
