Check the LDAP Authentication Tab and see if the authenticated users are under the path of the authenticationIf you haven't created this authentication at all - this is the problem !!!

Hi Guysfound the solution under the customer's ADFS the Claim provider trust field was mapping my request to the LDAP so that theSam-accountname led to the Windows account namethat created a duplicated request
