Default remote destination profile

How do you configure the default Remote Destination Profiles for user that sign up using the Self Care Portal?

After we checked the Enable Mobility in the user config, they can enable SNR in the Self Care Portal. However, all the CSS are none in the auto generated profile. Is there a way to change it so it reflected to the CSS that we used?

You would have to create a Universal Device Template for your Remote Destination/Device Profiles and set the CSS there (along with other settings for your organization). Then associate that UDT with a User Profile. Then associate the User Profile with all of your users (set on the End User account page - which you can do in Bulk). If your users are enabling a default RD/RDP via the Self-Care Portal (which is news to me, but it's been a minute and CUCM has surprised me before), the template in the User Profile should take effect.

I have used this method to deploy phones via Self-Provisioning, but not RDP/RDs so I can't give you details and I think it would be more complicated than just creating the RDP/RDs for everyone via BAT - but this would be the general process.

Users can add additional phones from selfcare  because of the Universal Device Template (UDT) assigned in user profile page. You have selected a UDT in the Remote Destination/Device Profiles field. Any settings assigned to the UDT will be applied to the Remote Destination Profile (RDP) when users create additional phones. To make desired changes, either update the existing UDT or create a new one with the required configuration and assign it to the user profile.
