On one computer it is not possible to have multiple versions of the same program installed for different users, including Jabber. Why do you want to have users on different versions? It wouldn't be a problem as such if user A that should use the older version logs in to a computer that has the newer version of Jabber. The same configuration should work in either case. However as there are various differences in UI this might be confusing to the end users.
Is there any specific reason for why you're not updating all to the newer version?

Hi Roger,
it is like a call center.
our local user is supporting the different customer and there are using different provider which is using Jabber and Finesse new version (12.x)
where as our local office using CUCM 11.x - for our telephony system infra
so, in my thought what happen if there is particular request where by user want both system ?
no one request yet, but there is possibility due to our local office direction is to go foward using softphone instead of hardphone.

Simply put that’s not going to be possible. You would need to have two separate set of DNS records for service discovery for Jabber and the users who use Jabber would need to know how to swap in between the different domains.
There is no hard correlation between version of CUCM/IM&P and Jabber. You can very well use 12.x version of Jabber with 11.5 of your infrastructure.
