Is migrating from Spark Hybrid Call to Webex SIP required?

I found this document and are we required to migrate to the Webex SIP address? Is the Spark Hybrid Call Service being retired or taken down soon?

The existing hybrid configurations needs to be migrated and seems like Cisco will retire the spark strings from the configurations.

For the moment all they are doing is making marketing happy by consolidating everything onto the Webex brand/domain.

Hybrid Calling continues to be the only option for cloud-registered room systems (ie Places in Control Hub) to get CUCM access.

Webex Teams has begun adopting code from Jabber and is now capable of registering to CUCM directly:
