I'm running Cisco Jabber for Windows 9.7.4 on a Windows 7 machine. Just recently I've noticed the application appears to close on it's own. Has anyone experienced this before. I've created a problem report to send to TAC but thought I'd check here first.
Thanks!

Hi Chris,
The symptoms match the following bug
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuo58290/?reffering_site=dumpcr
Symptom:
Jabber for Windows client 9.7 crashes intermittently.
Conditions:
Some times it happens in between a call. The call continues, but the client crashes. Some times, it just crashes, even without in a call.
Workaround:
None
However, it should be fixed in he version that you are running. TAC might need to investigate the logs here.

Thanks for the Reply Manish.
I ended up just upgrading to version 10.5.0 and haven't had any issues yet.
I probably should have just did that in the first place!

I'm running Version 10.5.0 and still have this problem.
Am I the only one?

Im having the same problem on 10.5 only for two specific users though. I cant find any common problem that is causing it. I can post logs if needed. Very annoying though.

10.5.1 was released. I upgraded and don't have the problem anymore.
However, TAC is still analyzing the problem in 10.5. Maybe I get some results which I can share then.

I am running on 10.6.1 and still continue to see this issue. Seems to be happening accross any recent versions.
