Working on MRA deployment and everything is working as expected except Visual Voicemail. From the client "You do not have permissions to access this voicemail server". I have checked the allowed List and Voicemail configuration on the Expressway appears to be good one thing that I have noticed is that the node discovered is not fully qualified it is just the hostname of the connection server.
Expressway verison 12.7.1 CUCM/IM/Connection 12.5
Any help would be appreciated on how to check logs or find any errors...

Updated: I changed the default methods to include delete and it works correctly..

Have you configured an allow list for the mailstore server in EXP-C?

Check if the allowe list in EXP-C added both the unity server IP address and FQDN
if not add the missing one

The FQDN is in the allowed list, I have added both https and http entries for the IP address with no success. I am able to login to the https://IPofCONNECTION/inbox directly through a browser without issue.

Update, I change the entries that I had added with the IP to be the Hostname and I can now see and hear the voicemails, but for some reason it will not allow me to delete them. Any suggestions?
