I just installed CUCM and IMP v12.5, and configured Jabber to login internal not through MRA. I entered the IP address of CUCM in Jabber "advanced setting" and try to log in and faced this error "no username specified ". I don't know why, although all configuration is fine.
No service Discovery enabled

Can you check the user in the imp showing assigned.
Did you tried login to self care portal with the same user?

The user is assigned in imp, and also can log in to self care portal

Which "username" do you enter, when trying to login in Jabber?
And what is the userid and email in CUCM for that user?

Is it On a mobile device or a jabber desktop . if on a desktop clear the cache and try it again.
I hope you tried login with the domain name.

Hi,
You can try to generate a problem report and check it.
Go to Jabber -->Help-->Report a problem, then once downloaded the problem report you can analyze it using HTTP://cway.cisco.com/csa . Upload the problem report and click on the run analysis.
