Phone Service not Available in Jabber

Dear Sir,

I have CUCM 10.5 Cluster and Want to Add android device Note 5,4,3,2 or IPhone 6s as Jabber Client on CUCM.

The problem is that user is login but after login an error shows up saying "Phone Service Not Available Reconnect" sth like that.

I don't what is really the problem. I make all static dns A record that should point to CUCM publisher and subscriber.

I Appreciate if you could help me to work around this problem.

Are you connecting these phones on Wi-Fi or VPN or Expressway c&e (MRA) ?

What you see on jabber client at file -> help -> connection status ?

Is jabber for Windows (on laptop/desktop) working ?

Have you created the required devices in CUCM for each kind of device??

What troubleshooting have you done??

You mention A records, what about the SRVs?

to make the phone services work I had to go to ccm and on the CSF phone add the Mobility User ID and choose the TCT or BOT as the Primary phone. 

actually you don't need the Mobility user id just the primary phone as the TCT or BOT phone
