Presence 10.5 with VCS mobile and remote access & Jabber for windows/mac 11 and Webex/Desktop sharing

We're currently using desktop sharing internally on jabber but it doesn't work when we're outside the LAN using Jabber through the VCS(mobile and remote access).

Do we need webex meeting center to make this work?

If not,  what are the options to make it work universally?

This is a limitation with Jabber over MRA.

You dont need webex.
