Just implimented WebEx Edge Audio.
when the user calls into a WebEx meeting, and are connecting through their phone, when we look at the participants, they are seeing just that there is a call in user by=ut no associated phone number.
Is this because we are only passing 5 digit extension ?
Is there a setting in Webex to display the calling number even if it is just 5 digits?
