WebEx Edge Audio Calling number

Just implimented WebEx Edge Audio.

when the user calls into a WebEx meeting, and are connecting through their phone, when we look at the participants, they are seeing just that there is a call in user by=ut no associated phone number.

Is this because we are only passing 5 digit extension ?

Is there a setting in Webex to display the calling number even if it is just 5 digits?

Are you able to try using either the External Phone Number Mask or setup any Calling Party Transformations from CUCM to the Edge / Expressway RP? I think it would be easier to manipulate the digits before it gets to Webex than to try and make Webex understand a 5 digit pattern.

By default Webex does not show the calling number even without Edge Audio. You can enable it under it on the site through Control Hub; however, it never displays calling name and masks the last few digits of the number eg “Call-in user 404555****”. If you want the participant to be fully identified they need to enter their participant code or use callback.
