Webex Teams Desktop client not work via Expressway

Hi everybody,
Currently I am doing the Webex Teams with local CUCM
The internal connection between CUCM and Webex Team desktop client is fine
However, if I login the Webex Teams desktop client via the Expressway.
The phone service in Webex Teams desktop client shows error (attached in this thread)
If I use the Webex Teams app in my mobile phone, it can login successfully
In addition, Jabber app also works fine via the Expressway MRA
Anybody can help?

I do not see an attachment but this sort of thing is really difficult to diagnose without logs.
One thing that you can try is to sign out and back into the Teams app. I have seen similar issues before - and suspect there is a defect - but have never been able to pin it down and force TAC to acknowledge the problem. If this works and you get subsequent early adopters to reproduce it, I suggest getting a TAC case opened and chasing root cause.
