What is the best Application for Real-Time CDR Analytics

My company is looking for a replacement for our current call analytic software. We are looking for a software that can provide real-time call records for Line Groups, Hunt Pilots, and Extensions. Our current solution constantly has problems displaying dashboards and collecting proper information.

What software have you used for call reporting and real-time analytics? We are a healthcare company so security compliance is a factor.

Real time is next to impossible. 

Near real time would be about a minute or so behind.

I’ve never used UCxpert, so I don’t have a comparison guide. Based on our experience with Imagicle, it is a good product and their support is also superior.
