dear all,
please find below some suggested Webex Calling training courses/resources for customers (admin and end users):
Administrators:
1)Webex Calling for customer administrators (elearning, 5 courses, 28 hours total)
This five-course eLearning plan helps participants become proficient in leveraging Webex Calling's functionalities for improved communication workflows. It emphasizes creating an optimal user experience by helping the administrator create custom settings for their Webex Calling environment.
Course 01: Webex Calling Architecture and Support 2025
Course 02: Webex Calling Locations, Organization Settings and PSTN 2025
Course 03: Webex Calling Users and Devices 2025
Course 04: Webex Calling Features and Customer Assist 2025
Course 05: Webex Calling User Features 2025
Important note: if you have already some experience with Webex Control hub and/or Webex Calling, you can pick the module that seems most interesting to you (for example 04 course talks about these topics)
2) Webex Calling for customer administrators (live sessions) (3 days - remote)
This course is designed to present the Webex Calling Customer Administrator with comprehensive knowledge and skills required to operate the Cisco Webex Calling cloud-based PBX system at the customer administrator level.
Note: live sessions are made available from time to time so there is a chance, at time you check, there might not be live sessions available.
3) Webex Control Hub - Foundations (elearning)
This is a must-do in my view as it covers all aspects of Webex control hub in terms of user provisioning, authentication, SSO, etc. -things that are needed regardless if you have meetings or messaging or calling, etc. Could pick sections of interest of course.
4) Webex Control Hub - Analytics, Reporting and Troubleshooting training (elearning)
Another option that focuses on analytics capabilities on various workloads (calling, meetings, messaging and devices) - you could pick what you want.
5) Webex Calling Intermediate Admin learning plan
Welcome to the Webex Calling Intermediate Learning Plan! This six-course eLearning plan helps participants become proficient in leveraging Webex Calling's functionalities for improved communication workflows. It emphasizes creating an optimal user experience by helping the administer create custom settings for their Webex Calling environment. Duration :30 hours.
6) Cisco Live sessions on Webex Calling
If you have access to Cisco Live on-demand library, you can filter by ''collaboration'' technology and search with ''webex calling'' term to see all Webex Calling related sessions (suggest also to filter on latest CL event - for example 2025 San Diego is at the moment the latest event). Don't be scare about big number of sessions - don't have to go to each of them
For starters with Webex Calling, I would suggest below one:
BRKCOL-2081 - Understanding the Core Webex Calling Features June2025 (pdf and recording)
which nicely describes call park, directed pickup, cal pickup group, privacy settings, hunt groups, call queues, auto attendants, operating modes, Webex Calling native recording, etc.

End-user training
1) Essentials.webex.com - calling section
In case you care about end-user training, above page is a must-see.
It includes also admin launch kits (handy kits to roll out features that level up your users calling experience).
2) Academy.webex.com - ondemand video tutorials (select Webex Calling section)
Quick videos that show how to use Webex Calling (starts from basic features and expands to more advanced features).
Note: back in sept2023, we moved many user features from Calling User portal to new unified user portal called User Hub in order to provide an intuitive and simplified experience. So pardon us if some of the videos still refer to old calling user portal.
3) Webex Foundations - Power user learning map
This learning plan is recommended for learners who want to gain familiarity with the breadth of user-focused services available with Webex. The learning plan includes an overview of products in the Webex Suite, the all-in-one, AI-powered collection of products that unifies all of your workflows. Courses include Calling, Meetings, Messaging, Events, Video messaging, Webinars, Q&A and polling and can be taken at any order.
And here I would say is the right place for a general note:
Webex calling innovation is continuous and rapid speed (see related community post Webex Calling
