12.6 2k deployment to 4k deployment

Hi Team,

I wanted to ask if we can change the deployment of UCCE from 2k to 4k directly through CCE ADMIN. Will this impact any services? I couldn't find any reference to this in the upgrade guide.

We are considering this change because, in the current UCCE 2k setup, CUIC was built as a standalone system, and we cannot integrate live data on it. Live data is installed separately on a different VM, and we now want to integrate it with UCCE. However, UCCE 2k only supports coresident deployment. Therefore, we are planning to upgrade to UCCE 4k to support live data in a standalone deployment.

In My experience is plan to expand PCCE from 2K to 4K after a discussion with the PS Team they said the best recommendation is to create a new island CCE, because if we direct change in deployment many concerns. 

but I don't if UCCE standpoint I just share my experience plan to expand in PCCE.

You can , and whenever you change the deployment type, you need to restart the Apache Tomcat on Logger and AWs.
