Adding es_MX, already have es_ES and en_US,
1)installed language on TTS
2)added this language to OSSserver.cfg
3)stopped/restarted both services, Realspeak and Media Server
4)Added new language to CRS
sample CRS script plays en_US when es_MX selected,
what else needs to be changed?

did you all your prompts in seperate directory or in default?

Hi,
it depends on the release you are at, for 5.0 you just need to select the language from the pull down menu, previous releases you would need to select the additional locale on the CRS Server and redo the install(to allow the prompts to be copied).

We are on 4.0, the Realspeak TTS engine isn't playing the es_MX from CRS, it processess en_US and es_ES fine.
Prompts shouldn't be a problem as I would just point them at another directory, but any thoughts on the TTS or Media Server?
