I have enabled after call work for UCCX for 20 Sec, but for some reason its not seems configured correclty. Seeking some assisstance for the same.

Are you actually using Agent Based Routing? If not you're looking at this in the wrong place. Check your CSQ settings. An example of how it looks one one of our systems and queues is attached below.

That depends on your specific requirements, so I cannot really give you an answer on this.
