after fail over uri issue

URI failover doesn't seem to completely work.

we have the main app pointed to uccx-001.blahblah...

This works fine until failover happens.

When failover happens the calls from the app to the finesse api service doesn't work at the uccx-001, but instead works at uccx-002 , but the main app is still able to be reached by uccx-001. URI..

Hi Joe,

Can you be more descriptive? What kind of failover is it? If it is failover from uccx-001 to uccx-002, then yes, the APIs will stop working on 001. What do you mean when you say "main app is still able to be reached by uccx-001"?

I don't understand what the question is.
