I configure a new uccx in version 10.6.1.10000-39 a hotline.
Under Cisco Administrator -> Personnel -> Agents : the system do not show my agents.
The Synchronize Directory Server -> Synchronize show the error: CDAUI2082 At least one error has occurred during the manual synchronization of directory services. Contact technical support
i restart the server, but the system don't sync.
what can i do?

This is how I resolved it
+ Restarted the below services :
Cisco Desktop Sync Service
Cisco License and resource monitor
Cisco Desktop Enterprise Service
Cisco Desktop LDAP Monitor Service
+ Again performed manual re-sync , however we had no result
+ We found that RMCM subsystem was in initializing state.
+ Changed the password of RMCM and service came up
+ Issue was resolved

Now the Service is running and the sync is ok :)

Hi,
I had exactly the same issue when new users tried to login on CAD they got an error " The combination of user ID, password and extension is invalid.
Then i realized that i had another error "The Synchronize Directory Server -> Synchronize show the error: CDAUI2082 At least one error has occurred during the manual synchronization of directory services. Contact technical support"
I fixed this issue only restarting the services that you suggested and syncronhizing Directory Service again. My RMCM service didnĀ“t stop working.
