Hello,
I have a problem, when supervisor is login on IPCC Supervisor tool kit and monitor the agent status, one of the agent status is stuck in real time. Even agent has been removed from team but still agent is showing in real time as "UNKNOWN" status.
Agent highlighted with yellow color in screenshot.
Is there any solution to reset the real time..
