agentdesksetting api is giving 403 Forbidden

Hi,

In UCCE 11.6, I am trying to access agentdesksetting to fetch the workmodetimer or wrap-up timer for agent, but I am getting 403 forbidden error.

I am using Supervisor's credentials.

I am able to call /unifiedconfig/config/agent successfully but when I try to call /unifiedconfig/config/agentdesksetting/<id> with the same credentials, I am getting 403. 

What credentials should be used to call the agentdesksetting API? What permissions are required?

I just need read access.

Is there any other way to fetch Wrap up time in UCCE 11.6 through API (I can not use AWDB)?

Please help.

I believe that API might only be available if running in "PCCE" mode.

i.e. not available in UCCE.

Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem in version 12.6

Are you using PCCE or UCCE?
