AnsInterval and AbandInterval

In addition to what @Thomas G. Johannesen noted if you're looking at the database itself, you can also click on the ? in the top right of your CUIC reports and it will explain the various fields used in your report, how they are calculated, etc.

AnsInterval ===> calls answered within the interval  and

AbandInterval ===> calls not answered and lost in this interval
