I haven't worked with ATDC since version 7.0 and am having trouble understanding users in ATDC. I have a request to remove a user from ATDC that has left but I can't seem to find the users in there. I don't see any "ac" user under application users. How do I determine where the database is for the users and how do you add/modify/delete them.

OK, so you have CUEAC, users are called operators and are assigned to queues there, if you need to remove one just do it from without the application under the User Configuration menu.

Can you clarify what "ATDC" is as you posted your question on contact center forum and this does not ring a bell for me. Then you describe attendant console, but which product as there are many different Attendant consoles.

Attendant Console version 8.6.1.9
by ATDC I mean attendant console
I haven't worked with it since it went to a separate server. I remember that it was controlled by user "ac", has that changed?

Which attendant console? There are many variants, even for the Cisco OEM ones. Login to it and provide screen shot of "about", etc.
