Hello everyone.
I need transfer an agent call to a specific application after the agent disconnect the call.
Today I have a simple queue, and after the agent finish the call I have to transfer to a quality research.
I tried do use the Workflow on action dropeed to transfer to the other extension without success because blind transfer doesn't work on dropped action.
I use Cisco UCCX 9.0.
Does anyone have any idea??

Hi Gleidson,
You can try using a CAD task button. You can use a new task button with a blind transfer action or you can try using the answer/drop CAD button with the blind transfer action too. Of course this will work if your agents use the CAD to end the call.

I gave this solution to customer as well but he didn't accept.
He want that transfer be automatic, without intervention.
