CAD workflow in Finesse

Hi All,

CCX newbie here, i've got a CAD workflow which opens a file when an inbound call comes in.

How can i replicate this in finesse.

My CAD version is 10.6.

i've uploaded a screen shot of the current config.

There is no built-in way of doing this with config. You'd have to write some custom code.
