Call flow question in UCCE

Hello experts -

I need some help in understanding these

In the ICM script on the RunExternalScript node which is "GS.Server.V" on this node we see lot of calls Abort . Its like out of 700 calls 80% abort and remaining passes through the "true" exit node then call goes to release node and no calls goes to "false" exit node of that "RunExternalScript" node.

when we see those many calls abort .. is it like Customer disconnected the call  while answering survey questions on the particular VXML(studio ) app ??

and any of these conditions ( customer hung up in the studio app or customer completes the survey ) we have Sub Dialog Return  element in the studio app , so I would assume calls come back to ICM script on to that RunExternalScript and goes to release( I could be wrong) , but not sure why we see lots of abort.

I'd look in the VXML application but it is likely what you described, the customer hung up in the VXML application before (for instance) the VXML application played "Thanks for taking the survey, goodbye" (or whatever you are playing that returns the call back to UCCE).
Easy enough for you to confirm that is try a couple calls and hang up mid survey and confirm that you see your call end at that node.
