UCCX Ver 7.0
Customer would like calls to redirect after hours.
I have attached the script - call is failing to redirect.
Could somebody please tell me how this can be resolved

Also make sure your CTI Ports (Call Control Group) have a CSS that allows off-net calling.

Hello,
The script does not seem to be attached.
Are you redirecting to an external number? Maybe you forgot to add a 0 or 9 prefix to dial out?
