Team,
I am looking to build a report or find something that shows me the daily average for calls in waiting.
The screenshot attached is the live metrics. So anytime all of our techs are unavailable/oncalls etc. The client goes to that "waiting queue".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please always add basic system details like whether it is UCCE or UCCX and what version ?

I think you'll need to be more specific. Are you talking about the average number of calls that wait more than 60 seconds?
It may be easier to get an "average hold time" report

This screenshot you provided is for the live system, is there a way for running a report for historical data?
