Can I delete a Skill without removing the Skill from Resource?

I'm retiring some CSQs and their related Skills

Can I delete a Skill without removing the Skill from Resource, or will that cause problems?
It would be handy if I could just delete the Skill and CSQ, and that would remove the Skill from the resource (agent).

I am not an expert in UCCX, I mostly work with CCE, though my two cents are that you would not be able to delete skills when they are assigned to agents. You may also have to look at your scripts if those skills are referred in there then that also have to be changed.

Yes, you can delete a skill that is assigned to a CSQ and resource.

Yes, you can delete a CSQ if referenced in a script. The script will then fail validation after the fact.
