Cannot start a outbound campaign

Hi all

 

Have a UCCX 10.0 and when configure a outbound campaing don't work in cisco finesse for agent

Any sugestion?

Preview Outbound isn't supported in Finesse on CCX 10.0(1).  You'll need to use CAD or upgrade to 10.5+.

 

  This feature offers blended preview outbound dialing and outbound IVR capabilities.
  Build campaigns to use preview dialing that is integrated with inbound calls to provide a blended inbound/outbound solution.
  Enable agents to serve both inbound calls and outbound campaign tasks when the inbound queue is empty, allowing for the most efficient use of agent resources for both inbound calls and outbound campaigns.
  Available with Cisco Agent Desktop only

Progressive and Predictive Outbound

The Unified CCX Progressive and Predictive Agent Outbound feature allows for outbound calls to be placed to contacts and then for live contacts to be serviced by agents.

Direct Preview Outbound

Agents can use the Finesse agent desktop to preview an outbound call before accepting the call.
