You'll have to provide more information than this for people to offer suggestions. What error? All supervisors/agents? What version of UCM? This could be many things.

You need to check the CUCM configuration of the silent monitor for both agent supervisor
Also don't forget to give the supervisor user the proper privilege of monitoring
